Pink Shirt Day
Let’s Lift Each Other Up! The students at Alert Bay Elementary School wore pink shirts today to support the movement to eliminate bullying and celebrate diversity. All month the Kindness Ninja has been recognizing students who do random acts of kindness without expecting anything in return.
Salmon in the Classroom
The salmon eggs have arrived! Mrs. Bragan’s class has adopted fifty coho eggs. Trudy, from the Quatse Salmon Stewardship Centre, brought the eggs to Alert Bay School on January 12.
