The spirit of Halloween was all around at ABES today. Staff and students arrived in their costumes.

Karen and Jazzy were busy in the kitchen. It is soup day today and the students served “Ghoulash”.

The Grade 3/4 class performed “Who Will Haunt My House on Halloween” in front of a small audience of students and parents. The primary class did lessons about spiders. The French class learned about parts of the body. Tony and Steven carved a pumpkin.

At 1:00 some parents joined us for the Costume Parade and a short presentation by the RCMP about Halloween safety.

Mrs. Harris’s Grade 5/6/7 classroom was quite haunted and her students welcomed brave visitors to have a tour.

The afternoon ended with classroom celebrations. Happy Halloween everyone!
